Emilio Isgrò @Musei di Palazzo Pio – Carpi

On display 47 works by Emilio Isgrò all pertaining to the world of philosophy testifying to the intense relationship the master had with this discipline as in the 2003 exhibition Insetti e filosofi at Studio Guastalla in Milan.

From Sept. 15 to Dec. 10, 2023, Carpi’s Palazzo dei Pio is part of the Festivalfilosofia 2023 schedule with the exhibition Emilio Isgrò – Sillogismo del cavallo, which brings together forty-seven works all inherent to the world of philosophy to testify to the intense relationship the Master had with this discipline since the 1960s.
Added to these is the series dedicated to Pico della Mirandola with the twenty-volume cancellation of the Conclusiones made in 2014 and on this occasion exhibited in the Palazzo dei Pio, which has a strong connection with the philosopher’s family.
This year’s festival theme, Parola, aligns perfectly with the poetics of Emilio Isgrò, an artist who has made word and erasure his personal expression.
